The staff I encountered were exceptional. I say this because I have stayed with other hotel groups at the similar level and other Doubletree by Hilton's. They greeted as soon as I walked in, was happy to assist with my parking and arranged my room efficiently. I did encounter a problem regarding some lights not working; the reception staff I spoke to immediately came with me to look into this and when it cannot be immediately resolved she arranged for a different room. This room resolved all issues and even had additional lighting. Thank you for the care and great customer service despite me not being a high level member of the hotel group.

I have stayed at the hotel several times and the staff are always so welcoming and helpful. I stayed in a Queen room. There is a lot of space, a small table and chair and the bed was really comfy. Plenty of tea and coffee left in the room, iron and ironing board and lots of storage should you need it on a longer stay. A really pleasant room which made even just an overnight stay feel like a treat. Very easy to park.

Spacious bedroom and bathroom, equipped with the essentials inc kettle, teas, mini fridge, TV, etc. Rooms are quiet and keep outside noise away despite being quite close to the motorway and car parks. The cosy bed and plump pillows make every night just a little bit better. Good AC unit as well. Reasonable parking price as well which is good. The Starbucks on-site has a lot of options too!

The bathroom was clean and spacious and plenty of towels etc. The bathrobes and slippers were a nice touch too.

Room very spacious and clean. Breakfast was good with the plenty of staff to assist with any specific needs. Receptions and Lough very clean and bright. Staff were very good and accommodated an early check in which was ideal due to going to a wedding.
